2Refund Policy
2.1 Quick QR Art Subscriptions
- All subscription charges (monthly or annual) are final and non-refundable.
- Core functionality is available at no cost via our Free Tier.
2.2 AgenticFlow AI Subscriptions
- All subscription charges (monthly or annual) are final and non-refundable.
- Core functionality is available at no cost via our Free Tier.
2.3 AgenticFlow Multi-Agent Add-On Pre-Order
- Refund (minus Stripe fee) available at any time before the official launch date + 30 days.
- To request a refund, email support@pixelml.com with your order number; refunds process within 5–7 business days.
2.4 Technical Issue Exception
Service Level Guarantee
If our platform is unavailable for more than 12 consecutive hours, or you encounter a verifiable defect that we cannot resolve within 48 hours, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period—regardless of the above windows.
